Cerviprime 0.5mg Gel (containing Dinoprostone) is used in hospitals to induce labor by softening, thinning, and opening the cervix (ripening) in pregnant women at or near full term. It acts as a stimulant for uterine contractions, often when medically necessary to initiate labor.
